It has introduced a much wider audience to the idea that we are the creators of our reality, even if it was a superficial introduction. Some of those people will go further after watching The Secret (or ‘What The Bleep’, or ‘The Moses Code’, or one of the movies of this type that are now coming out for the mass audience), to explore metaphysical teachings more deeply. I know that has been the case with some of the people I work with, and I’m delighted to see it.

“You Reap what you sow” is also another Law of Attraction principle that is akin to karma. What you plant in the world, will be harvested by you in the world. This is perfect to me because karma is therefore the great equalizer. As for metaphysical or Law of Attraction implications if we dwell on pain, misery or fear, this will be what we attract more of. I personally have known people so scared of a certain thing and then THAT very THING will occur. It’s classic.

Now…perhaps they had the curse/gift of foresight or premonition? Some could argue okay and therefore is why they feared it; because they knew it was coming to pass. But for the most part I think people put themselves on a particular wavelength. We all do it I am convinced. The trick is learning how to get off that wavelength.

I do it with taking a look at this from my perspective. [ie, “What do I need to learn from this so that I can quit attracting this?” or “What can I do in order to avoid the karmic retributiuon of reaping what I have already sowed.” Emmet Fox goes into great detail on this in “Sermon on the Mount.”
